"*****EDIT: I have used the fireplace a total of about thirty days (summer home, I'm not here much, and of course we don't use it at all in the warm weather). It has broken TWICE. They were good about scheduling a tech this week, but I paid $11,000 for this fireplace, you'd think it would last longer than a total of 30 days. Also, I have to pay $190 plus tax to have them come and look at it....AGAIN. Initially I was really happy, but now I'm just frustrated and aggravated beyond belief. I feel totally ripped off***** I bought an old summer home from the early '70s, and the fireplace was totally shot! Initially I had called another company, who grumpily told me it would impossible to ever restore the fireplace back to any kind of working order. I decided to try one more time, and Integrity came out to give me an estimate. The owner himself came to my home, and assured me it could be done...no problem! The gas fireplace (my choice over wood-burning) installation did take a couple of days longer than we thought, but to be fair it was a huge job...they even had to take the side of my house off and rip out the old fireplace, and replace it with a whole new fire box and chimney. Anyway, the end result is amazing, and now I have a secondary source of heat (if the power goes out it will still work!) and a charming fire when I'm there....how wonderful. The customer service was extraordinary, and when we hit a couple of snags on the final day the owner was on the phone with me himself until after 7 p.m. Also, his crew was amazing, and after meeting them I was comfortable enough to leave them a key and go back to the city....not something I would do with every company out there. Anyway, this was a great experience overall and a high-quality product....don't hesitate to call this company for your fireplace!"

"I was glad to have the chimney in our hunting cabin relined and recapped. We were also glad to get the bricking in the wood stove redone. The contractors were professional. Now everything is safe to use. The price, though, is quite high. Thank you."

"I had my two chimneys inspected by Drew and then realized after so many years of just sitting, my wood burning fireplace needed a new insert in my chimney or I could go with the option of an electric fireplace insert. I decided to go with the fireplace insert. I’m so happy that I did! Drew did a great job of cleaning and inspecting both my chimneys! C. Oniel Perez and Rick Ketzel came out and put the fireplace insert in plus capped off my chimneys. They were both very professional and did a fantastic job! I couldn’t be happier!
