"Good luck getting an appointment. The office staff is the worst. Appointments are usually 1-2 weeks out IF you can even get them to return your calls. Zero sick appointments. They will refer you to urgent care and won't even give you a "next available appointment". If you want to actually see your dr do not go here. Absolutely THE worst experience possible."

"My whole family and I have been seeing Dr. Julie Kaczor for years and we absolutely LOVE her! We followed her from the previous office she practiced in! She is the most kind, caring, compassionate doctor ever! She is one of the sweetest people we know and truly cares about your health and well being! Julie is VERY thorough and she has actually diagnosed health issues we never knew we had! She puts her heart and soul into what she does and we are just so thankful for her! We highly recommend Julie without a doubt!"

"The staff were very patient and kind. Candy (medical technician), was efficient yet nice, and Kim West ,(Nurse Practitioner) was comprehensive, caring and compassionate. Nora at checkout was fun to interact with. I enjoyed my first visit and feel comfortable being a patient here."

"When I needed to find a new PCP, I discovered this office and saw that they were accepting new patients. My first phone call was at lunchtime and the voicemail message asked that I call back later. My 2nd phone call was well after lunch but the voicemail message said they were on another line and to call back later. My 3rd phone call was the following day and I pressed #6 for the New Patient line. The voicemail message said they were on the other line and to call back later but gave me the option to leave a message, which I did. When I hung up, I remembered that the #7 button was for the front desk. So when I made my 4th phone call, almost an hour later, I pressed #7. The voicemail message said that they were on the other line and to call back later. It is now the next day and I have yet to receive a return call. I have since found a new PCP but totally understand why this office is still accepting new patients! It's a shame when good doctors lose their practices/prospective patients because of poor office staff. Update: It is now 5 days later and I STILL have not received a return phone call."
