"The people at the front desk are completely unhelpful and unkind. They made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and they completely ignored the urgency of my situation. I stood in front of them for a while while they chatted and laughed, completely ignoring that I was there and even once I was acknowledged they treated me horribly. I will not be returning."

"All the doctors I worked with here have been great. The biggest issue I run into is the women that work at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. They act as if you're interrupting their free time."

"My son has been coming to this Pediatrician since his birth in 2008. Today was his annual visit with Dr. Kari and we arrived to his appointment 14 (1:44pm)minutes behind schedule due to traffic. We spoke with the receptionist and she advised that I was late for my appointment and probably won’t be seen because they only allow a 15 minute grace (which we were within). I immediately asked to speak with the doctor or management because we’d come a long way and I had taken off work and pulled my son from school. At this point it’s now 1:49 and someone comes to explain that no one could see my son and we had to reschedule. They were extremely rude, not accommodating and we have been coming there for 15 years. Today was THE LAST TIME! The customer service is in the toilet at this practice. We are currently finding a new doctor for my son. Unfortunately the customer service is going to ruin this practice. RUN fast from here!"

"I can not express how disappointing this medical office is! I have been a patient here for over 30 years and I will be looking for a new doctor ASAP! I have tolerated this office because I loved my primary doctor. He has recently left the office to start a VIP medical office and I just pray I can find another doctor soon. The only reason I didn’t leave with him was because I didn’t believe that I should have to pay an extra $2000 a year for a service my doctor should be providing me from the start! But clearly, if you want good medical attention you are going to have pay to play! I don’t know who my doctor is at this point, as this practice has never contacted me to provide me with a new doctor. I am due for my annual physical in September and in the meantime they are totally unresponsive to messages and refill request! I have called three times this week for a medical travel letter and have received no response from not one physician! When I log into the portal I can see that the original request wasn’t even submitted. Now it’s the day before my departure and they have closed and I still have heard nothing from the office. The phone and front desk receptionist are very unfriendly and nonchalant about your needs."

"I really like the doctors here , I don’t trust any other practice , ever since my son was turned away at another practice when his breathing level was low, these doctors take their time and really answer all you questions . I dunno why there are so many bad reviews , that is not my experience . The only thing I agree with most of the reviews here . Is the front desk person , she is not nice almost has that attitude of “why are u here”. She isn’t very pleasant to talk to. Last time I was there I walked in she didn’t seem happy kinda gave me a look , when I told her I was here to pick up a paper she seemed at bit brighter maybe cause she thought she didn’t have to deal with me further lol But I try to look past that since the doctors here are great."
