"Horrible. Do NOT recommend that African Americans or people with curly/textured hair use this business. Rude owner claims “impeccable customer service” yet argues back and forth with a customer who had a disappointing experience with her child. Likely to be a response left here with the same tone. There are other services out there who will be supportive when dealing with this issue, and I strongly suggest you go elsewhere."

"We had a great experience here. I brought 4 kids in for treatment and the rest of the family had to be checked as well. Although it is very pricey when you have more than one person being treated, it’s still worth it to not have to worry about it anymore and treat it myself."

"I have came here before because my daughters have a close friend whom has had lice forever. It’s easier and more convenient to have the one and done, especially with laundry and all!! This time around, my girls got it again, from the same little girl and we came back. 2 weeks later, I noticed my daughter still had eggs. I sent an email and told my concern, but then treated with their active shampoo( just in case) Needless to say, they had it again. Now, it hasn’t been 1 month and they have it. Bad. I know it was not done 100% the first time, when I saw the eggs. Which I never saw the first time when we were treated there. I also have 3 boys. All with marine cuts and no lice. They don’t even have contact really with the girls , for they live in the basement apartment. So, 28 days after treatment my daughters head is completely infested again. I get the no guarantee, but my girls are homeschooled and not around others, especially their 1 friend. We have spent close to a thousand if not more here and for them not to stand behind it and help or give a discounts for treatment is ridiculous. I will never use their service again. Very disappointed with them. I gave them 2 stars because our 1st trip was successful. This time around it was not. And, in response to my son having Nits, he had 1 and I opted not to spend 120 on his head and bought the lice clinic of America active rinse and used it on him and combed out his hair. He had nothing on his short hair. My other boys had nothing found, during that visit."
