She worked with my schedule and it worked out perfect. I liked that I received text messages to confirm my appointment and a reminder the day of the appointment. Kevin and Steve did an excellent job!! They are very professional, friendly and the price was very reasonable. They called when they were on their way, arrived ahead of schedule which worked out for me. They made sure I was informed of the drying process and answered my questions. Kevin and Bob came on time and were very communicative before my appointment with reminder texts and also text messages for their time of arrival. They were very informative and efficient and the carpets look fabulous. My carpets are over 25 years old and had a few stubborn stains that they got out easily. The carpet cleaning solution smells wonderful and they were very respectful of the house and careful with their equipment. I have used other carpet cleaning companies over the years, but none did the job that KC did. Highly recommend!"
