"Have the latest drops without massive lines and store by outs on day releases. Was able to walk in and get what I wanted and then get a pair delivered right away also. Everyone in there is cool by my man Chauncey is the go to for primo service. Not a greedy dude was even willing to lose some of his shine to make sure another store would have the shoes I wanted. That’s customer service and definitely worth writing a review for. Quaker bridge mall has a real one in there."

"Horrible experience. Employees behind the register who don’t give a damn about customer service (mainly kids) employees. Checkout is slow pace while store isn’t even busy no appreciation for business. Go to another shoe store in Quaker Bridge mall unless you don’t care about customer service and you have wait time. As for me if I need a foot locker I will be going to Oxford Valley mall. The staff and management is more customer service oriented. I only went to this foot locker because QB is my local mall."
