"This Kohls sucks. Rude, snippy, arrogant store associates who reek of racism. Officers called on two young, respectful black males who were unnecessarily harassed and accused of soliciting when they were only in the store doing their job. Unorganized shelves, items all over the floor. At checkout I was forced to walk half way across the store to ‘prove’ the sale price of an item by taking a picture of the display. I’M DISABLED AND WALK WITH A CANE. That was the last straw. I won’t spend another penny here."

"I had a 40% off coupon and could find no sweaters in my wife's size of medium/large. There were only S and XL remaining and it's not even December yet. Same thing happened last year. I ended up shopping at Boscov's and other stores in our area. Kohl's used to by my wife's favorite store but no longer. Sorry to see a once excellent store having major issues."

"Needs more organized shelves/ racks. The best part of my shopping experience was, Michelena that worked the register that I checked out with. Very knowledgeable, Friendly, and helpful. She showed me all the discounts that were available for me. Thank you for taking the time."

"I used to love shopping here. The people they put at the door as "greeters", I have had the WORST experience with. They literally stop you at the door and will not allow you to enter until you tell them EVERYTHING. Today, I had to request to speak to the store manager because the elderly woman refused to allow me in the store. Thankfully, the manager helped me right away. The star is for him. I will not be shopping here in the future."
