"I wanted to make an appointment as well as ask a couple questions, however I was put on hold for half an hour long. I felt that maybe the receptionist forgot about me so I hung up and called back. She answered again and there were no hold this time so already, it was off on a bad start. It seemed like I waited longer than I should've. I tried to ask some questions only to be constantly cut off by her attitude before I even finished speaking. That's just really rude and since she seemed to be in such a hurry to hang up, I eventually never made that appointment nor finished asking my questions so she could go do whatever I'm stopping her from doing.
