"I would award Viviani Bros six stars if I could. Chris did amazing work for me this week. Monday was New Year’s Day so all businesses were closed. I had a wedding to attend Friday and over the weekend I discovered my dress shirt was too tight (too many Christmas cookies) to wear. The other white dress shirt I had had sleeves that were too long and needed tailoring. I knew my regular cleaner could never have done the job on such short notice. At six o’clock Tuesday morning I checked Google for other options. I discovered that Viviani Brothers was open and figured anyone opened at that hour was the right place to try. I called and Chris said he couldn’t promise the shirt for Friday, but would do his best. Well Chris and company came through with flying colors. The tailoring was perfect and the other dry cleaning I took over was perfect also.Chris’s work ethic attention to detail and just plain niceness is something you don’t find anymore. Needless to say Viviani Bros has made a new customer for life."

"I went here for alterations. A worker there sent me to Lansdowne Cleaners. When I arrived there, the worker there claimed no affiliation with the first location, and was rude and sent me away. Horrible customer service. Note to reply: I did NOT request same day service. I mentioned that ANY day would be fine. When I attempted to call, I got a text message telling me to text instead. What kind of service is that?"
