"It's just an okay place.. not my cup of tea, I went with one of my kids.. prices are very high to me considering the quality of the clothing.."
"I just went to this Zumiez! SUPER HELPFUL, awesome selection, and great staff. I was assisted by humble and kind person named Azuree, she had the answer for all my questions no matter how silly. I don't know if everyone there was having a good day or if they're usually so chilled and supportive, but I definitely left the place happier than when I walked in."
"They sell good quality but not all the staff are good quality The place well organized But the floor not clean The employees are helpful and very very nice The price is expensive My daughter like to bring her clothes and shoes from there"
"This store provides excellent service and the staff is very nice. My elderly neighbor has a rollator walker, and one of the rear wheels had a broken bearing (It uses a standard skateboard bearings in the wheels) When I called the store, the store manager Lilly told me they had 2 used bearing that were perfectly good, so she put the bearings aside for me. When I brought the wheel into the store, Marguerite removed the sleeve of the broken bearing and pressed the new bearings into the wheel free of charge. I was thrilled that they could help me out, so my elderly neighbor could use her walker."
