"Made two visits to this location. As expected, the first visit had us in the lobby for an extended period of time due to no appointment. Once in an exam room, the attending physician was professional, understanding, and thorough. The second visit, with an appointment, had us in an exam room much faster. This follow up visit was equally as friendly, and encompassing as the first although with a different physician. Would use their services again."

"Leah, my care provider today, is phenomenal. She listens closely, examines thoroughly, and she is sincerely compassionate. Best urgent care visit (as fun as those are to begin with) I've ever experienced."

"I am utterly appalled by the unprofessional conduct I witnessed at Patriot Urgent Care today. Upon my arrival at 7:15 PM, well before closing, I encountered a shockingly incompetent nurse practitioner named Leah. Despite explaining my concerns, Leah callously dismissed me, insisting I go to the hospital without even evaluating my condition properly. I proceeded to explain that my concern did not necessitate a hospital visit, but Leah cavalierly waved me in without listening to my concerns. Once in the examination room, Leah slouched in her chair and, without the slightest consideration for my concerns, bluntly told me that I needed to go to the hospital. She proceeded to address me in a condescending and disrespectful manner when I sought further information from her, as if she were incapable of fulfilling her role as a nurse. In response, after enduring ten minutes of her disrespectful attitude, I firmly asserted that she would not address me as if I were a child and insisted on being treated with the respect I had extended to her. Leah's actions are not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. She clearly demonstrated a desire to rush patients out the door in order to leave work promptly at 8 PM. Her actions lacked empathy and professionalism, and her behavior was utterly disgraceful. To add insult to injury, they collected a $50 co-payment without even conducting a basic examination. Individuals like her have no place in the healthcare profession. It is imperative that someone do something about her asap. I will not tolerate such behavior and will be contacting the corporate office to address this issue promptly."

"The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We waited about 15 min. The nurse assistant called us to the back. She was informative and patient with my son. We were in and out in about 30 min all together. I did not see a provider so I have no reviews regarding interactions with them. Not the friendliest group of people but not rude. It’ll die. If you’re the person who needs at least a smile from a staff member, you won’t like it here. I’m like that in most cases but today it didn’t bother me"
