"I've purchased a couple of sticks online thru Universal Lacrosse for my son. The first time the experience was great. This second one however, not so much. Obviously my son is eagerly awaiting his new twig but I've been unable to log into the website to track my order for two days. I called the support number and they claimed I ordered the gear 6 days after I actually placed the order and gave me the run around about 24-48 hrs for prep + 72 hrs for stringing. I've been waiting 8 days and it's still 'processing' (not that I can log into their site to check). Ugh. Another game my son will have to use his backup twig - regional quarterfinals no less! [UPDATE] - The Universal Lacrosse team did everything they could to help rectify the situation. So I'll bump up the stars for good customer service after the fact. Thank you!"

"One of the best places around for all things lacrosse. Sure you can order from a box store on line but you're not going to get the knowledge and expertise or the ability to try things on and get the feel for equipment before you buy. They're in a new location but have been around for decades!"

"The store manager - Keith - always take care of us. He is a no-pressure, all around great guy to deal with. He doesn't push unnecessary gear or treat customers like they are inferior for asking questions about gear. My kids actually look forward to going here. Keith helped us out with an STX head which had broken in the warranty period. We have been coming to this store since it opened, and are glad to have it in the area with the demise of Rufflax and Lacrosse Unlimited. Great selection, and, as stated - glad that it's managed by an nice guy."
