"I hate being ripped off! I have been going to a dry cleaners that is a five minute walk from my home in the town close to Hatboro, and was charged $15 for a sweater. I inquired as to the high price and the woman said, "It's because it is long, and I don't make the prices." Something didn't feel right, but I paid it.
