"The staff was very attentive and friendly. Dr. Srour was very thorough and knowledgeable, he explained to me what he observed. Initially, I had booked an appointment a this urgent care for an evaluation of a preexisting medical condition. Dr. Srour addressed my initial complaint and provided me with the appropriate remedies. On another separate note, I've had a surgery for a deviated septum approximately 3 years ago, as I couldn't breathe out of my right nostril. The surgery helped for a while afterwards, but after time, my issues came back. Dr. Srour observed this (when he inserted his medical device into my nostril) and brought it to my attention without me mentioning it. He informed me that the previous surgery did not permanently address the breathing problem. Dr Srour explained to me why the previous surgery was not effective, and informed me on how to fix it via a proper medical procedure. Dr Srour conducted the exam in a very professional manner, and I left the facility with answers."
