"I wish I could give negative stars. I was referred to Dr. Massoud and I fully regret the decision to move forward with this office. I waited 2 months to be seen. My negative experiences began when arriving to my appointment. It was 30 minutes later until I was called. Dr. Massoud. She examined me, gathered information, looked at past work, and recommended a specialized medication (Emgality) that would require an authorization to my insurance. 3 weeks later, there was no follow up-NOTHING. I didn't even get a patient portal link to access my health records or any kind of documentation from my visit. I called and left numerous voicemails. I emailed requesting a follow up and nothing. Finally, I left a voicemail threatening to show up because no one is calling me back and I finally received a call back. The assistant stated that there was no record of any kind that Dr. Massoud put in an order for Emgality. He follows up with Dr. Massoud and they offered to give me samples at the office the following day. I showed up and received 2 injections of Emgality. They gave me samples, but once again, there was no follow up to submitting Emgality to my insurance. I called, I emailed and I sent a direct message to Dr. Massoud via patient portal and no response and no follow through. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL office! As a patient, I never worked so hard to received the most basic care! They do not follow through with their services! I went back to my primary doctor and requested another referral by a different Nuerologist! If you are a new patient wondering if Dr. Massoud as any good, I'm offering the best advice to save you the headache-DO NOT go to this office. It is not worth it!"
