"Just visited First Call in EC for the 2nd time. I had a short wait time on both visits even though they were fairly busy the first time. The staff (from front desk to RN and PA) treat you the same as you would expect from your primary care physician's office! They operate much different and far better than Patient First! Special thanks to Ms. Ferguson, PA, Caroline, RN, and Alex at front desk! Very courteous and caring team!"
"Had to wait an hour but it was Monday morning. Once I was in the room, someone checked in on me twice to say there was a delay due to an emergency. Both the RN and PA were pleasant, compassionate and respectful. My diagnosis was not run-of-the-mill so they get credit. I left with printed information in hand and scheduled for a follow up. My experience was quite good, better than Patient First."
"Had a great experience Wednesday at the Ellicott City, MD location. Took a fall and could not put weight on my foot so went to Urgent Care the last 30 min they were open. Everyone working that evening from the receptionist, nurse tech, xray to the PA were friendly, fun and empathetic in a unfortunate moment for me. That is saying a lot given a need to have a bone reset! Highly recommend."
"The entire staff was amazing and I'm so happy to have found this place. I had a late at night, small emergency and got there 12 minutes before close. While I apologized for getting there so late they made me feel at ease and were laughing with me. The building and rooms are clean and new, everything was efficient, and they had me in and out fast. From the person who checked me in, to the two techs, to the doctor, everyone was so nice. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you!!"
