"Our townhouse property was completely destroyed by an accidental fire. ServPro of Levittown was the restoration company we chose for the rebuild.  Bill and his team did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end.  It’s a big project and involved with new framing, roofing, electricity, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinkler system, carpentry, doors, windows, hardware, bedrooms, bathrooms and passing many township inspections to comply with current housing coding standard.  During those months in rebuild, Bill kept us updated from time to time so we knew how things were moving along.  He also responded to our requests and questions quickly every time.  Any issued found were resolved in timely manner.  He even gave us suggestions at the right time based on his professional knowledge, such as lighting, painting, flooring, etc. We are so happy with the outcome of the rebuild.  Highly recommend!"

"Servpro was great in handling our flooded first floor and basement. This was due to a leaking washer. We had water in 6 rooms and the basement. They came really quick and went right to work removing the water and protecting our contents. They then set up fans and dehumidifiers. They returned in a few days and removed the equipment and followed up with us a couple of times. I would use them again if I have any problems with flooding."

"Used this franchise because my insurance company made the arrangements after a relatively minor flood event in my unfinished basement. While the service was prompt, and the staff was courteous, the "estimate" and billing process was very suspect. Estimates and bills submitted to me were nearly 2.5 times more than what they submitted to my insurance carrier. Because of my deductible, this was going to be an out-of-pocket expense for me. I asked for itemized bills and never received one. Ultimately Servpro accepted payment based on the estimate they provided to my insurance company and my insurance company protected me. I also had to have them come back to fix the carpeting they had pulled up and forgot to reinstall. It was minor but required me to be home. I can't fault them for the restoration service (drying out) which was completed well and as promised, just didn't like the feeling of being taken advantage of and was glad they did the right thing."

"Servpro provides outstanding services at very fair prices. Jacob of Servpro was very knowledgeable on our mold problem at my Mother's house. My Mother's house was being sold and he was able to schedule us in immediately to treat all the mold problems in the basement, and did a fantastic job, since you could see the before and after treatment work. He also diagnosed and fixed the origin of the mold problem which was due to the close proximity of the gutter downspout near the wall of the house which he extended to resolve the issue. Servpro provides prompt and excellent workmanship and I can recommend them very highly."
