"I went in for severe signs of heart attack and it turned out to be one. I was taken in quickly and tested, MRI, etc. and quickly taken to Cardiovascular Lab and determined severe blockage so stents put in right away. The care in the Cath Lab was outstanding! (Thanks especially to Chris and Guy) I was educated, spoken to with compassion and respect. I am so thankful for all those who essentially saved my life. What was perhaps the scariest moment of my life turned out to be a blessing and I am forever grateful. Even the food was good! They took better care of me than I did myself."
"I found everyone to be friendly and helpful from the front desk to the recovery room. The care I received was great from the nurses and doctors. They were always willing to explain what was going on and answer my questions. I had my pacemaker replaced and everyone was very professional and friendly. They made me feel relaxed and the procedure went well. Chris was there giving me something to relax me and kept checking to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Shah was great and made everything go quickly. The Abbott rep (Chris) was great answering all my questions."
"Went in for a colonoscopy. The entire team couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. They were ahead of schedule so my procedure started early. IV was painless, procedure was like nothing. Anesthesia wore off quickly with zero grogginess. The easiest hospital visit I've ever had."
"While the ER was extremely busy, the care I got was top notch! There were no beds or seats available and I did have to be seated in the waiting room while I was cared for. None the less, I was taken for a CAT scan and a ultrasound, given antibiotics and was brought a warm blanket to keep me comfortable. Upon discharge I was given complete instructions as what to do the next day. No question was unanswered! Each member of the staff was kind and knowledgeable. Thank you CHC!"
