I didn't buy the vans from the store as they did not have the specific ones in stock but she advised me should be online. She helped us on two different occasions try on several sizes to make sure we order the correct/best size online. Natalie deserves the highest praises!!!"

"Went here knowing exactly what shoe/style I wanted but was unsure of what size to get because I’ve never bought vans. I have tried them on in the past and my normal size feels a hair big but a half size smaller feels a hair small, so I wanted to get help from someone knowledgeable on vans and have my foot measured so they could recommend what would be best for me. The first associate I spoke to at the front passed me off to someone else and I feel bad but the person they had help me was brand new, couldn’t find the style I wanted initially, and when they did, we measured my foot and they somehow brought me a shoe that was almost 2 full sizes smaller than my normal shoe size before having to tell them my normal size. It was not their fault by any means, I put the blame on management for not training them better. I ended up getting some new kicks but I’m still unsure of if they’re the right size or not though. Like I said, my normal size feels a bit big but a half size smaller feels a little tight. Staff is super friendly, were able to answer other questions, but weren’t super helpful in helping me pick the right size. MANAGERS AT THIS LOCATION! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER! I should have left with shoes I know are right but here I am still wondering if I picked the right size or not."
