"Please don’t waste time with this “practice.” They appear to be a small and caring office but often do not have practitioners to see patients when needed and most upsetting, wouldn’t see me for a cough because of the threat of Covid in 2023(almost 2024). Such a shame to see a local business just fail its community. Keep looking for a PCP- this is NOT the choice for good people."

"Losers can't take blood even after 3 different so called nurses try ended up going to lab Corp 1 x blood. Throw u out if you miss an appointment and after took all the unnecessary tests couldn't find anything Can't make any more money off of u boom out the door an the thing is there's not one doctor in that office should be shut down"

"I do not recommend... expecially if you are a young adult. I felt talked down to by the older woman employees on a reg. basis. My FIRST experience at Family Med. Center as a new patient was spent waiting for 30 min. in the lobby followed more waiting in a exam room followed by finally being seen by a woman in training who didn't know what she was doing (to no fault of her own). I never met my new doctor Dr. Dyer until maybe my 3rd visit. Unless you count her rudely popping her head out of her office to correct me on my first apt. when the woman in training misinformed me. I could continue but... lets just say I regret not leaving sooner. Such a hassle. But if you enjoy being talked down to 90% of the time by a bunch of moody woman this is the place for you!"

"Went to this office again & they left me with a bad taste in my mouth for western medicine. As you normally would leave the Doctor feeling relief and better, with some kind of answers. I rarely get sick, so i came to get help when i needed it for a medical diagnosis we already had from another doctor & they dismissed me & wouldn’t treat me for a simple antibiotic. My time would’ve been better spent at immediate care. Don’t go here. No one wears masks or seems to care about real health or welfare."

"My family has been going here for 17 years. All 5 of us. I only see Rochelle. I saw a couple other nurse practitioners there but wasn't happy. One misdiagnosed me and I had shingles instead of what she said. Another one asked me questions that had nothing to do with why I was there. Left there and made sure I didn't have a bill to pay.. Found out 2 months later that I was charged my copay. I was charged for the other questions she asked about. I feel like she just asked me to get more money out of the insurance and myself."
