Quality First Urgent Care

"The staff are generally nice. The wait could be long. Even with an appointment, you could wait 10 mins or an hour. You need to know before you go for a test and/or a prescription. I was asked to visit again next day for a positive test in order to get a prescription. Of course I was charged twice, first time for testing and another time for the prescription. Doesn't make sense at all. They could have just prescribed based on my first visit."

"I went to Quality First Urgent Care earlier this week for flu like symptoms and sinus pain/pressure. After describing all of my symptoms, the PA did not want to test me for Covid or Flu because I would be 'past the contagious phase'. Which I didn't agree with because if I had it, it would have been nice to have some answers. I was hardly evaluated and the PA didn't acknowledge my sinus pressure/pain. I was prescribed Prednisone (steroid), which I thought was odd - but was told it was to help with the inflammation and to help speed things up. That after 5 days if I am still feeling sick, to go back. Still didn't feel right to me. Two days later, I ended up going to another urgent care where I was ultimately diagnosed with a sinus infection and that I needed antibiotics. The past 2.5 days I could have been feeling better, if I was truly evaluated and actually diagnosed. Save yourself the trip and hassle and go to a different urgent care."

"Over an hour and twenty five minute wait even with an appointment. Pack waiting room despite the fact that they're still taking appointments for that very time slot. Staff sitting around looking very apathetic. Went for a minor finger infection and most likely left with the flu or covid from a packed waiting room."

"Quality First has been our go to place for all Covid-19 PCR testing and I have to say the office is extremely clean and the staff are ALL VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL!!!! We are very happy to have such a dependable place to go for our testing needs. Always get same day appointments!! Actually always test appointment in the same hour!! You guys ROCK N ROLL!! All over the competition!! Thanks for being so dependably AWESOME!!"

"I brought my 7yo son here for an ear infection a few days ago. He was in a ton of pain and was less than cooperative with our doctor. Instead of getting frustrated (like I was!), our doctor gave him a small camera so he could see inside his own ear and realized what was going on so the doctor could fix it. Very compassionate, reasonable wait time, very thorough care. Highly recommend!"
