"I have never had to be here for more than a few minutes. When I went into the store to ask questions, they were very helpful. When I left and came back to get the items they were attentive and immediate. When I came back again to get items for my parents house, they were consistent. And when I came back again to get repeat items because my basement flooded and I had to redo it; they were again consistent. My only gripe with them is how long it took me to get someone on the phone and even then it wasn't someone in the store; it was their pooled line."
