"I was excited when I purchase this equipment, I bought 8 heavy bag tracking devices. I was unable to implement these devices into the type of program that I wanted to at the time. After sometime I attempted to try again to implement the devices into my program. The devices have not been connecting to the server, and have been unusable. I have sent two emails and left one recorded phone message about my issue and has still not received any help. It has been about three months since my first email. I would gladly change my review to a four or five star if it weren’t for the poor customer service. And I feel is necessary to mention that it hasn’t always been this way. Customer Service responses from Impact Wrap used to be very quick. I feel like three months is a bit absurd."

"This app is great. I use it in my kickboxing class. It captures the punch impact on the bag when I throw punches. It also allows all the users to see their rankings and points. The gym I am in displays the impact of each user who logs into the impact app. It shows top ranking of the user on TV monitors and in the app. Awesome if you are a competitor. You can shine all the time."
