"Dr Welter didn't seem to care about wanting to help me figure out what the real issuescwere with my shoulder pain. Simply wrote me a prescription and gave me list of generic exercises and sent me away. Also wanted to push me into getting a cortisone shot. I wanted real help and real guidance helping me to get to the bottom of my shoulder issues. I wanted guidance in getting my shoulders back to health and and a plan to keep them healthy and from getting back into situation I am in now. Thanks for nothing OSS. Taking my business elsewhere."

"I can’t believe this crazy journey of mine! Dr Eric Jackson, OSS Hanover Physical Therapy, and all of their support staff have been an amazing part of my journey, and I can’t begin to express enough how much my husband and I appreciate everyone! This team literally put me back together again. I had totally dislocated my hip and underwent a closed reduction while I was in Denver, CO. As soon as I returned home, Dr. Jackson took over my care, which included my hip, quad tears, and a knee that wouldn’t allow me to progress any further in treatment. Eventually I had a total knee replacement, which went beautifully. I can do more now than I could prior to knee replacement. I am LOVING my new knee! This team was a Godsend, and I can’t thank them enough! My pain, tears and frustration were met with compassion, encouragement, understanding, and professional skill and expertise that were unsurpassed! I can’t believe how far I have come. They had a lot of work to do, and they did it! I honestly don’t know which was the most difficult part of the journey … the hip, the quads or the knee … but we did it together!
