His sister, who works there with him, is a rock star, too; she gets your size and alterations correct the first time! She's a beautiful woman inside and out. They have a great team, outstanding communication between them and their customers, and excellent service!"

"Patriot Workwear shouldn't be advertising things they don't have for sale. 911 sunglasses. Paid. Waited. No Receipt. No follow-up. I had to call them, just to learn they didn't have them in stock. But they still accepted payment for something they didn't have. I had to contact them to find out what was going on with my order. Had I not done that, how long would they have left me hanging? Indefinitely??? Ya might want to think twice about doing business with these shysters."

"Was told a special order item would be in within a few days and would receive a call when it arrived (never received a call), would be really disappointed if I was relying on that item arriving.... Along the lines of what other reviewers have written, was told an item not in stock would be sent to the store for me to try and buy if I like and that I would receive a call when it arrives. A status update call was suppose to happen within a few days but no call was received. If you need something ordered in a timely/reliable manner it might be best not to rely on getting it from here. Otherwise the store has a good selection and is worth visiting, just stick to purchasing what's in stock there."

"Good people but kept making excuses as to why an order isn't fulfilled in a timely manner. Shouldn't have to wait nearly 6 months for one item. They never return voicemails and overall I'm just done with them. I support small business but not this kind with this type of customer service. They will charge you to ship an item out instead of doing it free of charge since they are the ones who took months to give me an item that was suppose to be ready in the beginning of 2022. Again not good customer service. Feel like they are biting more off than they can chew."
