"I googled carpet cleaning services this was one of the places that came up. I called and scheduled an appointment and I told the owner that I needed my living room, hallway, and bedroom carpets cleaned and that I had stains that needed to be removed. The woman arrived the day of my appointment and she bought a mop .. she didn’t even have a vacuum and she said that they didn’t offer a stain removal service. She called her boss and I spoke with him and he argued with me and tried to tell me that I never said that to him which I did. I apologized to the woman for waisting her time and coming out and she apologized and said that the boss always has confusion with what customers actually say and what he tells his workers to do. Would not recommend."
