"I just went there today. I accidentally showed up at the wrong location on the wrong day. I called, and the provider came all the way out to the location I was at to see me. In addition to the test I'd made an appointment for, she did more thorough check and found that I had an ear infection, as well. I'd only made an appointment for a COVID test. Her due diligence probably avoided the need for another appointment. I highly recommend this practice. They go above and beyond."

"I had scheduled a COVID PCR Test on a Wednesday at 9:00AM. I received a confirmation email the night before, but when I went there in the morning nobody was there. The door was locked, the lights were off, and nobody answered the phone. Why make that appointment time an option and confirm it, only to have nobody be there when I show?"
"This place is really great. The doctor is very friendly and helpful. Wait time is minimal and results are super fast. We've used them for COVID and strep testing. Strep tests come back in just 15 minutes."
"I made an appointment and went for a COVID test one hour later. When I got there, I was afraid. The lobby was tiny, dirty, and sketchy-looking with two other people in it. I felt more in danger of infection there than where I suspected I had possibly been exposed to COVID. Then I was told that they ran out of tests. I made my appointment 60 minutes before. They didn't know how many tests they had one hour before? So it seems they are incompetent as well as scary. I can't believe the Heath Department allows such a place to stay open. I will not be stepping through their door ever again. Beware!"
