"This practice is a nightmare. The woman running it is tech illiterate, belligerent, and unwilling to resolve her own mistakes. The front desk don’t care. Also if you’re LGBTQ+ and found this place on zocdoc, do not go here. She put my insurance information into her system incorrectly and I had to fight with her for months to try to get her to fix it, she claimed it was her system’s fault and pretended it’s “illegal” for her to just send the bill to insurance outside of her computer system. I finally got her onto a conference call with myself and a very kind woman from my insurance company, who simply asked to HEAR what information was put into the system so we could double check it, and the doctor was so offended at the idea she could have made a mistake that she yelled at the woman and hung up on us. I gave up after months of dealing with this, and I just paid out of pocket. I thought that would be it. Months later I get another random bill from them, this time for only like $50 and again I just paid it because I cannot be bothered to deal with them. Today I get notified of ANOTHER RANDOM BILL. From the same appoint, last March! It is December! Also, don’t list yourself as LGBTQ+ friendly on zocdoc if you aren’t comfortable referring to my girlfriend as my partner or girlfriend. We made appointments back to back and this doctor refused to ever say the word partner, she referred to my girlfriend as “the other lady” and in later phone calls insisted on calling her my HUSBAND? Don’t. Go here. Absolute nightmare."

"Dr. Osire recently conducted our Immigration medical exams (I-693 form). She was super thorough, very knowledgeable on the process and very patient. She made the process nice and smooth"

"I don’t have an issue with the doctors here. The issue has to do with the office. Rarely is there anyone at the front desk. The wait time to get checked in is always over 20min. That’s not including the wait time to see the doctor. This office seems really unorganized and very unprofessional. I sat in the office for 20 min. Someone came up from the back and said, “someone will be with you shortly” and then walked back. No one ever came. I ended up just leaving. The computer was unlocked the whole time and patient Information is visible. There have been times I’ve called the office and no one ever answers. The doctor rarely responds to the patient portal messages. When I was in the office today the phone just rings and rings and no one is there to pick it up. I really wouldn’t go here. The experience to be seen is consistently dreadful."

"Dr. Osire has shown absolutely no empathy for me throughout my few months as her patient. She is condescending and blames me for my insurance being difficult to work with. There was very little effort put into actually helping me resolve the recurring injury I went to her for in the first place. She hung up the phone on me earlier today after being extremely confrontational. I will be looking for a new doctor."

"I find Dr. Osire to be a wonderful doctor who pays great attention to her patients. However, the way the practice is run is very annoying. Appointments are routinely late, and I mean by a lot. I had an 11am and 2pm appointments and waited for over an hour for both of them. What is the point of having an appointment if there is no intention of even being close to the appointment time? I would rate the doctor as 5 stars and the practice as, unfortunately, 1 star."
