"Therapy was impersonal but my psychiatrist was great! I know reception is no reason to completely dismiss an organization but the receptionist I spoke to was short and rude and in a horrible mood. The first receptionist I spoke to was very pleasant and was trying to help in any way she could but to my surprise it was the office manager Dawn to be very disrespectful and dismissive. Perhaps she doesn't realize she works in a mental health field but regardless, her attitude alone is why I will not be making efforts to ever return to services and will advise all of my friends and family to stay away as well. I am hoping she was just having a bad day but it seemed like she hates her job and lives up to the stereotype of the bitter receptionist."

Staff is very friendly, and have on several occasions gone above and beyond to rectify my many scheduling complications early on. The therapy I receive there has helped me immensely from life’s major issues, to just improving my global outlook throughout the day. My experience with the doctors has been wonderful as well, very kind, and welcoming, and have met all my care needs. I most definitely recommend this facility for mental healthcare!"
"I highly don't agree with this hospital. They do not respect people for who they are and say things to make situations worse. You should not be working in a mental health facility if you cannot respect the people there. The amount of disrespect is outrageous and needs to be handled. There was a child who wanted to be referred to as a certain pronoun and they said that they can call them whatever they wanted."
"The sheppard pratt clinic in Westminster is amazing. The staff are awesome. My therapist, dan young, is the best therapist ive ever had. He doesn't specialize in trauma therapy but was still able to help me with my ptsd symptoms to the point that the trauma issues aren't really a problem anymore. Dr. Laszlo Trazkovich is amazing. He's there for you whenever you need him. He's helped me with medication and we have found a medication combination that works just right for me. The receptionists are extremely helpful, always willing to help with scheduling."
