"Update- Girl answering the phone blocked my number so i can't speak to Owner. Worst! I made an appointment for the following week as they said they have a mobile truck and clean on-site. No one showed up day of appt so I called and she said she would call tech to see where he was. Never heard back so I called the next day to see what happened and reschedule. Day before next appt I receive call from a National Rug Company to confirm my rug pick up. They said I. Brown referred them to pick up my rug and return in 7 days. I was totally confused and called I. Brown company and got the rudest girl. She claimed the policy was changed and they no longer clean onsite. I asked her why was I not notified and should be honored under old policy since I made the appt and was quoted different price when old policy was in effect. She started make excuses and told me you can cancel, I told her it wasn't the point. I then asked for manager's name and she refused to give it to me and hung up and when I called back, slammed the phone down again."

"I called this company 2 weeks ago to schedule a carpet cleaning. The day before service (Friday 4/19), last week on Thursday (4/18) they called to reschedule for today, Wednesday 4/24. I got a call at 8:15 am this morning to confirm my appt window between 2pm and 4pm. I got a call at 1:15 pm today saying they're running behind and we will have to reschedule. I explained I had just moved all of my furniture. I said, I'm free this evening and she said they won't be able to make it. DO NOT use this company. Each time they call you with different numbers, different from the google listed 610 #. I've gotten two calls from 215 today, (all different after the area code) and last week an 833 (#). If you work from home and your schedule is flexible by all means use them. If you don't and are having to take time off from work and rearrange your schedule do not use. I called because I have pets and needed some stains removed. Anyone with pets know, they don't do well when you move all the furniture and corral them into one area of the house. DO NOT USE"
