Alliance Primary Care

"For context, I avoid the doctor like the plague. I hate going. It usually feels like a complete wast of time. They never listen to you. They always give you a list of things you shouldn't do and things you shouldn't eat. And guess what... Surprise !!! It's everything you love and apparently life and world can kill you. So... I only went this time because I'm apparently getting old and ignoring all the little things could add up to a big thing. I had a late appointment. I was their last appointment of the day. I'm sure that helped a lot. There was no wait to get in. The young lady at the front desk was really nice and hospitable. I was called to the back before I could even sit down. The nurse was super nice and took the time to listen. The doctor was great. She kept giving me this weird look that I wasn't use too. But that's ok, apparently that's the look they get when they actually listen to you. She didn't rush. Made me feel like what I said mattered. They took my labs on site. My heart doc had just asked me to get that done so that was super convenient and saved me time. Everyone was great. Never rushed me once, even though they was fixin to close. I had a very pleasant experience at the doctors for once."

"Nope, they don't seem too concerned about my families concern for our elderly mothers mental decline. A 10 min appointment is not going to show them that my mother is having serious issues. Not sure if it is from her liver disease, her heart disease or something else. Also as she gets sicker she becomes more irrational and abusive, her memory is horrible. Can't take her medications, can't figure out how to spell anymore, can barely get in and out of the house, makes irrational accusations about the very people helping her through her sickness. Alliance primary CARE doesn't seem too concerned. They lack empathy! If you love your elderly family members, I suggest taking them to another practice who can understand the elderly and what the family members are going through. We are taking her to a specialist who is more interested in helping rather then telling the family if my mother doesnt want to take her meds she doesnt have to. Is this what they tell all their patients who may suffer from dementia? Tonight, my mother is in a very confused state, doesn't understand why she can't remember anything and now thinks people are tampering with her meds because she can't understand how she keeps messing them up. Thanks Jenn Adler we are taking her to a real doctor now! Avoid this practice if you love your family member or loved one."

"Vicky and her staff have provided excellent care in their first year establishing Alliance Primary Care. When I learned she was working very hard to "keep" a primary office in Union Bridge to benefit the small surrounding communities--it was a great thing for many of us who had always been patients at the same location, but by different providers in addition to herself. I'm proud to support her and will continue going to see her when necessary!"
