"I would honestly rate my experience with Dr. Wyatt a 0 if I could. I had been having chronic and severe sinus problems for 4 months, as well as a bad cough for 2 weeks and neck pain ( which I believed to be a swollen lymph node and voiced this to her as well). Upon telling Dr. Wyatt that I had been using my allergy medications consistently and this was not like what my allergies had previously been like, and I had no change in symptoms, she proceeded to tell me it was still allergies and to take some Tylenol for my neck. Of course, I left frustrated after knowing my own body and knowing this was not in fact allergies. I decided to pay a visit to my ENT because I knew I needed a second opinion after going 4.5 months with bad symptoms. Immediately my ENT told me I had a severe infection and it was in fact a swollen lymph node. She put me on antibiotics and the problem was an easy fix. I have noticed this practice has a problem with the physicians not listening to the patients who know their bodies well. How someone who attended medical school and did residency missed something so identifiable is beyond me. Dr. Wyatt made me feel dismissed and ignored and honestly almost made me want to switch practices. If it were not for my primary here I would leave because they decided to hire one of the worst physicians I have ever seen. To not know the signs of an infection and swollen lymph node is pure stupidity."
"TLDR; Doctor was very nice but misled me about what was covered by insurance when I stated multiple times that I could not afford it. Staff even assured me that it all would. Instead I received a bill, attempted to fix it and was sent to collections. Absolutely not a good place to go to. I already did not like doctor's, this experience made it so much worse. If I could, I would put 0 stars. I feel really cheated, especially during these tough times. When I went in, I ha bed repeatedly asked both staff and the doctor if everything they were doing was going to be covered by insurance since money is super tight given Covid and all. They kept reassuring me that everything was covered, I must have asked two nurses, the front desk, and the doctor at least two times each about everything to make sure that it was all covered by my insurance and that I would not have any extra fees. I was annoyingly adamant about that because I knew that I wouldn't be able to afford anything for a good bit. I thought the doctor was nice and overall the experience left me feeling like I could trust doctor's again and not have a lot of anxiety about visiting their office. But then I received a bill in the mail telling me I owed money for the visit. When I called back to speak with someone about it, the woman on the phone sounded annoyed and kept asking what I wanted them to do about it. I asked if they would be able to waive the fee or at least accept 100 since I couldn't pay more and I was rejected both times. She continued to ask what I wanted them to do about it. After this, I finally got the money together to pay the bill only to find that I was sent to collections although I was making an attempt to fix their mistake. I'm now currently waiting on a bill from collections and will probably end up with a ding to my credit because of this. I absolutely refuse to go back to them after this, unfortunately the doctor's kindness can't make up for his staff and this overall experience. They didnt even wait the usual time before they sent me to collections. I called my insurance to see if they could do anything and even my support agent looked at it and noted how strange the whole thing looked from their end and was confused as to why it wasn't coded as just a physical which would have been covered. I can't recommend anyone to go here, they lied about their procedures being covered fully by insurance, they refused to help resolve the issue in anyway unless I just paid in full at once, and my bill was sent to collections shortly after all this without enough time to actually allow me to be able to pay it."
"I'm a new patient actually my wife is as well. Doctor Elisabeth Stephens is great. I came in first time back in April with bad anxiety issues. She has helped me alot , very comforting and knowledgeable. I don't feel worried or anxious there I've actually nearly overcome anxiety with DR Stephens. Thank Doc and the staff there."
"I would give 0 star if I could. Went in for annual physical exam which is covered 100% under my insurance. Later I was billed $214.93 which I had to pay out of my pocket. I asked why and told that there was a separate identifiable evaluations relating to an upper respiratory infection and high blood pressure. Evaluating these concerns are not part of a physical exam. What????? Here's what the doctor and I talked about. First, the doctor told me I have high blood pressure so I need to watch what I eat and exercise regularly. Second, the doctor asked me about my overall health so I told her that I had a cold a week prior to my visit and I was fine now. She told me to drink hot tea. That was it. Nothing out of normal physical exam. I talked to Elyse Ross the Practice Administrator about it and she couldn't quite explain how these two things were considered not part of physical exam. She told me that she'll get back to me after talking to the doctor. She didn't get back to me for a few weeks then I got a letter from collections. I am never going back to this place. Oh the doctor's name is Dr. Singh. Who apparently no longer works there. Very dishonest place."
"I saw Elizabeth Stephens, PA twice so far. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and ordered required tests. She was empathetic and knowledgeable. Both visits were quick and very efficient. I have enjoyed both visits. Hope to continue seeing her in the future."
