"They were very helpful.. The people were very nice. All the other places around had convoluted several month out appointments. This place got my wife in ASAP as her last box of contacts were damaged. She got an exam and contacts and glasses appointment next day. The people there were also very helpful in getting a huge rebate for the contacts. Definitely will go there for the next time!"

"Very unprofessional and rude!!! They said need the insurance and make sure it qualify for the eye exam, otherwise will not make the appointment...really??? Okay fine, when I arrived at the appointment date they said they don't take my insurance and asked me to pay cash...what??? I just want to take the eye exam, so I go ahead. After the exam, everything seem on normal process. At the end, the eye doctor told me my prescription just a little changed and asked me to consider get a new pair of glasses. I said I don't have the budget now, may later. Then I asked about will this changed make issue on my eye sign. He said no comment and depends on me...this is what the professional comment, thank you!!! Then the eye doctor took me to the other side of the store. A lady ask me will I get a new pair of glasses. I said no, she said I can pay the fee now. After pay, she gave me the receipt and said "YOU CAN GO NOW". I asked for my prescription record, she said the doctor didn't write down the note said I can take it. What??? This is what I paid for, THANK YOU!!!"

"Both my mother and I had made appointments here, hers on Aug. 30, and mine on Sept. 2. We are both still waiting for our glasses when we were assured they would be here within 3-5 business days. When I called to check the status, they made excuses such as "we are merging labs so your glasses will be here within a few days" when they already used that one on the day of my appointment when I checked on my mother's glasses. When I told the guy that I had already heard that about my mother's glasses he stated that they would be here Monday, but my frame "was on backorder". He took my phone number and said he would "call the lab tomorrow and find out what is going on then give me a call back." I'm usually not the type to complain, and I wouldn't have, if they would've just given me a call and told me what was going on I would've been more understanding of the situation."

It is very convenient to order new glasses right after the eye exam since the optical office is attached to the doctor's office. They have a good selection of frames at all price points, and there are several convenient locations within the four state area.
