"I went to Cutters to see if they could repair a flat tire on my son’s brand new bike after I (and another bike shop) found it impossible to break the tire bead to replace the inner tube. "Spoke to Lisa on the phone and went in to have a new Specialized dirt jumper ordered. Cutters is a clean and very organized bicycle shop and the employees are very passionate and knowledgeable especially Lisa. The shop itself is in a great location you cant miss... with lots of food places a walking distance away. Location is easy to get to and parking was not an issue, found three (3) spots right away. Cutters is my new bicycle dealer now... I will update review after I pick up my bike. 10.28.21 Update with a bump from 4 to 5 STARS - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Lisa magically locked in a P3 for me and the service provided when I went to pick up my dirt jump bike was beyond this world. Finally got to meet the whole team (John, Lisa and Chris) that makes the magic happen and there were lots of information shared with me about local pump tracks, cycling events for both adults and kids. Lisa is also the the Program Lead for Little Bellas in the valley - a local mountain bike mentoring program for girls. If you ever need a new bike, get an old one serviced for the season or purchase accessories, I highly recommend Cutters Bike Shop. They are local, provide outstanding service with great pricing and family owned."
