"Try a different company! I really hope this detailed review helps another customer make an informed decision. I have used Linda Soto for a few months now. I truly wanted to like this company because Linda was nice and it’s so hard to find a good cleaning company. She came to the house and gave me an estimate on a deep clean and then bi weekly cleans after that. You have to buy your own supplies so she told me what they want to use- so I spent $200 on supplies. Then the deep clean wound up being a few hundred MORE than her quote. She claimed it was because she sent more people to my house to get the job done. But my boyfriend was there and it was only 2 people the entire time like we initially agreed upon. Fine, whatever. It’s very shady but I pay because I just want my house cleaned at that point and I know the bi weekly cleans will stay at one quoted price. So then I agree to the bi weekly cleans. I probably had about 4 of those and EVERY TIME THERE WAS SOMETHING THEY DID NOT CLEAN. I told Linda about everything they missed. They still continued to miss things. Then I switched to monthly as I thought this would be my last ditch effort to keep them and see if they actually do the full job. Again, they didn’t clean multiple areas of the house. So I told Linda I would try one more time if she could be sure the job would actually get done. She said she would send a quality control manager to be sure it was done properly. So I get home and they informed me they broke a few blinds. 4 sets of blinds in my house are broken! AND we had a big chalk board with chalk art done on it. They decide they should wipe it down- so they ruin a piece of artwork! On top of that, they left an open can of Coke on my porch that had attracted a ton of bugs. Linda did offer to have her husband come fix the blinds so at least there’s that. But not once did she even say a word about the artwork or even apologize about that. And then continued to bill me for the cleaning as if everything was fine. I was really disappointed in this company from start to finish but I tried really hard to make it work. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache. Find a different company."
