"they rarely ever have what i need. they gave me pointe shoes, and tried gaslighting me saying that they fit, but they looked absolutely horrible on my feet, and did not fit. those shoes were supposed to be for my debut as Kitri! they always say they are going to have a huge restock, but they never do."
