Court Endoscopy Center is a premier healthcare facility located at 85 Thomas Johnson Court in Frederick, Maryland. We specialize in providing top-quality ambulatory gastrointestinal endoscopy services, with a focus on patient care and comfort.

Our center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) and is led by our Medical Director, Dr. Leonard Kane, MD, FACG, AGAF. Our team consists of experienced physicians, caring nurses, anesthesiologists/nurse anesthetists, technicians, and friendly staff who are dedicated to ensuring a smooth and successful procedure for every patient.

Prior to your appointment, please carefully follow the preparation instructions provided by your gastroenterologist. It is important not to eat or drink the night before your procedure. Arrive at the center 30 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and pre-procedure preparations.

Please remember to bring your insurance card(s), photo identification, completed Court Endoscopy Center forms, and a responsible driver (at least 18 years old) with you on the day of your appointment. We use propofol anesthesia to ensure your comfort during the procedure, so having a driver is essential for your safety.

In case of inclement weather, please call us before coming in. If you need to cancel your procedure, please notify both your physician's office and the endoscopy center. If you have any concerns or grievances, our Quality Assurance Program is in place to address them.
