"This place is horrible. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. The front desk staff all the way to the Myla who handles the paperwork before surgery. They all need a class in professionalism. Only go here if you want to deal with a bunch of rude and unprofessional people, who don't know how to talk to you."
"I would avoid this place if you are a self-pay customer and have no insurance. I paid cash for my surgery in advance with an agreed price. Surgery went fine and afterwards, they billed me an additional 60% markup for a 1 hour surgery. The people who run this don't really strike me as having integrity. They wouldn't even negotiate with me on the additional fees they tacked on."
"I had such a positive experience here that I felt like I had to share it. I had a procedure here last month, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and was professional. The billing was unusually professional. Like amazingly professional - I paid a fee upfront, which I knew about ahead of time, and when my insurance company unexpectedly covered everything TJSC refunded me right away without prompting. Who does that?? I didn't even know about it until I saw my credit card statement and was so excited I decided I needed to post this review."
"The staff at the surgery center were wonderful and made my port removal process a breeze! The nurses treated me with great kindness and always ensured I was comfortable and understanding of what was happening. They left minimal time for waiting which I greatly appreciated so I did not get anxious or worried. Overall I am very thankful for all of the staff and how great they were - highly recommend them as well as Dr. Artusio!"
