"I wanted to wait to write an honest review of the care i received here, though i could've instantly wrote about my first session being more than i could've imagined. I came to Indigo to see Megan after meeting her at a booth setup at OneLife. I was tired of hearing that after kids I was destined to pee my pants all the time and knew my pelvic floor needed attention. What I didn't know was that my care would entail SO much MORE. Megan has helped me improve my overall quality of life! I came to her wanting to make it to the bathroom as a goal, and I continue to come back to work on things like my running goals, mobility goals and each new goal we make only seems to improve every area of my life. From sleeping better, to breathing better, to stress reduction and recognizing my "bathroom triggers". It's all encompassing a total body approach that starts with my pelvic floor. I had been to other PF PT in the past and was never treated with the dedication, care and quality of time I get at Indigo, even with Sarah for dry needling or Cat for a massage. For the price that I pay I have never once second guessed the care I'm receiving. Anyone who is on the fence just needs to jump it, and come to see the women at Indigo."

"I'm really happy I chose Indigo for my PT experience! Meghan knows her stuff! She is very knowledgeable and informative, and very easy to communicate with. I've never done PT before so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect, but she made the session super relaxing and I never felt awkward (which is a huge bonus for me!). "I am a new patient at Indigo, referred by my chiropractor. I first received pelvic floor therapy from Megan, which was extremely informative and helpful. My session really addressed some key issues. I was unaware massage was offered at Indigo, thankfully Megan told me all about Cat and got me booked quickly. I came in the next day for a 60 minute massage. Cat exudes such a high level of peaceful energy. I was immediately at ease. I’ve had massages for about 18 years and she has one of the best techniques by far. I will definitely be booking again! My only recommendation is more marketing for massage here had Megan not told me I’d have missed out."
