"I never had an issue with any of the physicians, but some of the staff at this location are very unprofessional. I requested an appointment with a specific doctor, and the scheduler, Mica, refused to give me an appointment. Further, I asked to speak to the office manager, and she hung up the phone."
"Someone in my family was referred to Dr Villanueva as a rheumatologist, not for a sports injury. He may be good for injuries, but as a rheumatologist he was not. We had to wait months for an appointment, and once we did see him he acted as though he did not have time for us. He was very dismissive and was unable to diagnose RA. In fact, my family member was told that she did not have RA, and a few other possible illnesses, as though she was imagining her pain. The RA went undiagnosed for a couple more years until my family member asked to be referred to a different rheumatologist. We now go to Nasseri clinic in Catonsville and they are outstanding!"
