Lids

"There are two Lids shops in this mall (Amazing mall BTW). The upstairs Lids is always closed for some reason. The downstairs Lids appears to be smaller but at least its open. The hat selection in the downstairs Lids is average, they could stock better quality and unique caps. Would be nice if Lids only had one store in this mall and a much larger space. Customer service is Ok at the downstairs Lids."

"I bought a hat, and need to return it because it isn't what the person wanted. I have been back to the King of Prussia Mall THREE times. THREE TIMES and the store is closed. Now mind you the first two times I was with my husband and the sign said there would be someone back on there clock at 1, for instance. No biggie, we thought. People need to go on break...right? So we had lunch and bsed for a bit. Come back around 120. Not open. And we weren't the only one waiting. Not for nothing, at this point I should be able to keep the hat and get a refund for the gas I'm wasting going back and forth. This picture was taken a little before 2 pm and from what my childhood education taught me says 330. Like come on."

"The manager working there was very nice. We decided to buy a hat there and we miscalculated the price. He gave us 20% off and $2 extra to pay for the remaining amount. They have money set aside for lids that are 1 or 2 dollars short. Best lids I’ve been to."

"Absolutely love this place. They always have bargains going on. You can make your own hats there(amazing) I gave them my email and always sent special deals that you couldn't find anywhere else. I must admit I'm biased with this store because it is my favorite but even if it wasn't I never had a problem and there knowledge of all things hats is incredible."

"Manager sucks. I wanted to buy a hat that I saw, there was atleast 10 of the hats. I told him I wanted to buy it, he said they’re sold out and grabbed all of them and put them behind the counter. He was on the phone and I said what do you mean they’re all sold out and he won’t even speak to me. I got a local business with 3500 customers, we all buy in the store I’m going to send a email and I’m a let everybody know manager is no good with the customers in the store Never Visit the store again"
