"Made an appointment for a child and arrived on the time I booked it for a new patient. They said the appointment was never confirmed. And that it was supposed to be virtual visit. No where on the email said it was virtual, the email gave the address on where to go and what time. We never received an approved or non approved appointment. The lady with the red glasses said they don’t send an email saying the appointment was not confirmed and to try another time. Why would there be a time to schedule and why would they send the address via email if the the appointment was never confirmed. Very unorganized and unprofessional."

"This review is for the customer service only as I have not yet met the clinician. The customer service I have experienced has been horrible. The man on the phone was very rude when I explained to him that billing made an error when confirming whether my daughter has active insurance (which she in fact does have). It has been many years since I have experienced such an attitude when speaking to a customer service representative, ESPECIALLY for mental health services. I am making this appointment for my daughter but I can only imagine what others struggling with mental illnesses have had to go through in order to schedule an appointment and speak to a provider. After reading through reviews given by others (not the fake ones!) , I can see this is an ongoing issue that is not limited to my experience and I am beyond disappointed. I strongly suggest the company reviews the customer service that is being provided during scheduling as there are MANY areas for improvement, the rudeness just being the straw that broke the camel's back."

Dr. Singh was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, and she took the time to really understand my concerns. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the nurse was kind and understanding. I felt like everyone in the office was genuinely invested in my care. They were very kind and put me at ease by answering all of my questions and explaining in detail everything I needed to know prior to my first appointment.
