"Unfortunately, I will no longer be going back to this facility unless I have no other choice. I had an order for labs to be drawn and they did not draw all the labs ordered. This subjected me to another lab draw at another location. I also am not impressed with the physician at this location. Keeps her distance, no hands on and does not listen and every question met with “ go to the emergency room.”"

"Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Never going back to this location. They make you wear a mask that comes from a pile where EVERYONE's hands have been. Unsanitary and insane."

Sandy is the best customer service rep and Stephanie did such an excellent job . It was my daughters first time getting blood work and Urbana made her even more nervous then she was ! Do better FHH Urbana !"

"I have called several times to get routine blood work. I end up getting either 1) someone who refers me to another Frederick Health phone number that then refers me to some other number that then refers me to another number -- none of which are correct, or 2) nobody answers the phone. I cannot be bothered by such lousy customer service. Labcorp/Quest here I come."

"Physical therapists were all great. They take their time to explain details as to why this is important. They were better than other PT places have been. I felt like an individual instead of assembly line."
