"After injuring my lower back in the gym, I reached out to Limitless to see if they could help me. I was able to get an appointment with Al the same week, and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to what I was dealing with, and recommended cupping and dry needling, which he did that same visit. Afterward, Al spent some time showing me mobility movements to do to prevent further injury and help alleviate pain from the current one. I came in with a pain level of 7/10 and left with a pain level of 2/10. I've been back since for a massage with Shawn, who also did a fantastic job.
