"Horrible customer service!!! Julia the nurse is so rude I called to today because last Friday I had my pharmacy called to request another refill for my medicine and they told them they are not allowed to request my medicine. I asked to speak with the manager which her name is Julia the person I spoke with and she got on the phone huffing and puffing. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and no one is logging my charts. This is my first pregnancy and I don’t feel comfortable at all. I don’t recommend going here at all. You guys will get the worse experience ever."

"Horrible customer service. The doctors and staff make you feel like a number instead of a person. Took 6 days to get a hold of anyone after my yearly exam because I had no word on my prescription. I had to get in touch with the pharmacy just to find out my prescription is road blocked by my insurance and not even available. Now I will run out of my medication. Hopefully I can get a hold of someone within the next freaking week to rectify this before I have to pay the price and go without my medication. It's so frustrating to be a women needing reproductive health care."

"DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING AND ESPECIALLY THE WELL BEING OF YOUR BABY. They fail to bring you back on time EVERY single time, so if they say show up early, do yourself a favor and come on time or a few minutes later. They lack detailed information and they seem to have a lack of care. I highly suggest looking for a different office even if it’s a decent drive i highly recommend you do so!! They leave my poor wife with a lot of anxiety."

"My review is strictly for Dr. Gao. Dr Acarenza and Dawn Mossburg are fabulous and this has nothing to do with them. Dr Gao was negligent in my care. I experienced a miscarriage many years ago and went to the ER at Frederick Health. They did an ultrasound there and found an unrelated to the miscarriage issue on my ovary. The notes from the ER doctor go into long detail about this issue and said that further evaluation from my OBGYN is needed for this. The notes from Dr Gao at my follow up appointment with him do not even mention anything about this issue. Two years later, I had a large tumor on my ovary and needed to have a massive surgery to have it removed along with my ovary and tube. Had this been looked at an evaluated on when requested, I quite possibly could have caught it early on and not needed such an invasive surgery that required my whole stomach being cut open and sealed with 73 staples. Again, the other staff are great and delivered a baby for me. My only complaint is that Dr Gao was not thorough enough for my standard of care."

"Do not go to this OB I’ve had nothing but a horrible experience here. First I went through a miscarriage I called them and the lady on the phone said “ oh yea we meant to call you your levels were too low” it would have been nice to know in advance. 2nd I got pregnant and went in for my first visit at 8 weeks at 10 weeks I get a call from an OB letting me know I was being transferred as a patient… this was news to me I called capital women’s care and excuse after excuse!!!! Stay far away find another OB I know it’s hard to find another in the area but please stay away."
