"At least when you go to Home Depot or Lowe’s you’ll get no expertise on the product but this place fights for a close first place. Over ordering the wrong product and then charging us for it. On top of that the front desk doesn’t even know the type of products they sell. If you wanna go to a place that knows their products go to sneades ace hardware you’ll be better off than wasting thousands of dollars and not getting barley any back."

You can send pictures of what you need and they'll still send you the wrong part 2. When you call, they have absolutely no phone etiquette. 3. You will need to call their corporate number to have them follow-up because you will not receive timely updates of your order from anyone who works at the store I ordered a some parts, and even though I took and sent pictures of what I needed, they still sent me the wrong parts, now I have to wait for the parts to come in. On a scale of 1-10, my experience with 84 Lumber at Mechanicsville has been TRASH."

"I wish I had checked reviews for this company location. I renovated my kitchen and needed new cabinets and counter tops. I've purchased and renovated 6 homes before and this was by far the worst experience getting cabinets and counter tops. Non responsive kitchen designer, until someone she knew called her. So many issues with getting the supplies, I don't feel like re-living it. The worst customer service when calling or going in for assistance from the staff. All I can say, is don't use them."
