"Long story short. When I arrive in the store my order was not ready. I received an email reminder that it was ready with the store address. She had no explanation. She stated she didn't see the order, but found my name in the system. It didn't add up to me. I didn't feel she was apologetic at all. She offered to prepare the paint. I felt like she wanted me to say no. I am in your store to pick up my paint of course you need to get it ready. I felt this was not a good customer service example at all."
