She stated she didn't see the order, but found my name in the system. It didn't add up to me. I didn't feel she was apologetic at all. She offered to prepare the paint. I felt like she wanted me to say no. I am in your store to pick up my paint of course you need to get it ready. I felt this was not a good customer service example at all."
