"Zach and his crew were great to work with. We bought a fixer upper that had black mold. Zach was able to come out and evaluate the situation and deal with all the craziness that came with it. He was very responsive and honest throughout the whole job and stuck to our budget. He demoed our basement and bathroom (which included removing an old heavy cast iron tub) then treated the mold situation, as well as ran giant dehumidifiers over to our place when we were in a time crunch to pass our appraisal, we had a really weird closing situation.
