"I have a very short hair style. I just wanted to tighten up the shaved areas. The barber took it upon himself to shave basically 75% of my hair off. I told him exactly what I wanted. He informed me that the previous hairdresser had messed it up and he was fixing it. That was never discussed. I'm so upset. I can only wait till it grows back. Its so embarrassing. I'm appalled that this so called professional did not listen to his client. I will never step foot in that business again."
