"I had a appointment at the Hagerstown office yesterday. It was the worst EVER. Dr. Kelly refused to do any exam for my Gout, She refused to clip my to nails unless i gave her $50, She then refused to shave a Callous unless I gave her $35. It seemed like she did not want to do anything. I feel like this is a gimmick and there really is no Doctor there"

"My name is Frank. I’m Sandra’s husband. I’m writing this to let you know why my wife will not be coming back. I want to state clearly that Sandy felt VERY comfortable with dr. Sott. However the receptionist was rude and disrespectful. To be fair we did show up a day late for the appointment but I didn’t see the need to be treated so badly. When Sandy asked why she was getting such a impatient and condescending attitude the response was “your late for your appointment and I’m trying to see if the Dr. will see you”. We’re both in our 60’s and know that we’re probably not as sharpe as we once were so Sandy offered to make another appointment for a later date but the attitude continued. While we appreciate that we were late and that the receptionist was trying to get Sandy seen we didn’t see why that couldn’t be done without the attitude. Just thought you should know why we will not be back."
